The Archery tournament will be held during the period from 26 -27/3/2023.
All citizens and residents are allowed to participate in the tournament, according to the competitions described below.
It is required that the participant is medically fit and at his own responsibility, with his signature on the personal declaration stating that.
The Technical Committee of the tournament has the right to take all decisions and procedures that will organize the tournament in the desired manner, including the amendment of the schedule.
Players are registered according to the priority of registration and the technical conditions of the Organizing Committee.

Each participant must participate in the category which he is registered only.
The player must wear the appropriate sports uniform during the tournament.
The “latest version” of world archery rule shall be applied in the arbitration and management of all tournaments, except for what is stipulated in this regulation.

The tournament will be held at Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex.
The Technical Committee will determine the dates and times of the matches according to the number of participants, and the participants will be notified before the tournament.
All players must be in the range at least (45) minutes before the start of the tournament for inspection and to receive lane numbers.

The participants are ranked according to their results in the Qualification rounds.
Elimination is played in five matches.
The participant in recurve categories with the most runs in elimination rounds, win the match.
The participant in compound categories with the highest points in the five rounds, wins the match.
The tournament is to be judged by UAE archery Federation judges.

The Elimination Round are seeded according to positions in the Qualifying Round
The recurve Finals Round, in which the eight-participant remaining from the Elimination round shoot individual matches, each match consisting of the best of five sets of three arrows, culminating in the gold Medal match.
The Compound Finals Round, in which the eight athletes qualifying. from the Elimination Round shoot a series of individual matches, each match consisting of five ends with cumulative scoring, culminating in the Gold Medal match.

The top three players are awarded medals (gold, silver, and bronze) for all categories.
Cash prizes are awarded to the first three places in each category.

The registration will open on 20/2/2023 until 21/3/2023, and the registration will be closed if the required number in each category is completed.
All participants in the competitions must bring the Emirates ID for the citizens and residents, while the participants from outside UAE must bring a passport.
Participants are not allowed to change the category of the tournament after the registration is closed.
All participants must sign a declaration of health and physical fitness, agree to the terms of participation, and respect the course regulations.

Complaints shall be submitted in written to the Chairman of the Referees Committee no later than 15 minutes after the end of the competition and according to the prescribed form.
Complaints shall not be accepted unless they are presented with an amount of AED (300) which shall be refunded in case of acceptance of the Complaint and shall be submitted to the Organizing Committee in case of rejection.
The Technical Committee alone shall be entitled to interpret and explain the regulations and laws and take the appropriate decisions, and in all cases, these decisions shall be final.
