All amateur citizens and residents, citizen and resident clubs' players who participate in official races within and outside the State shall be allowed to participate according to the contest categories described below.
Use of time trial (TT) Bars bicycles, mountain bikes, Hybrid bicycle or (BMX) bikes shall not be allowed, and the violating cyclist shall be excluded.
The participant player shall be medically fit on his/her own responsibility, along with his/her signature on the personal declaration to that effect.
Participation is allowed for 18 years old and above (Born in 21/4/2003 and below).
Participation in the Cycling championship is considered an individual participation and it is prohibited to publicize the names of institutions or any other parties at the awarding ceremony.
The Competition shall be organized in accordance with the regulations of UAE Cycling Federation, in exception with what is included herein.

The race shall be held at 75 KM and for People of Determination shall be 26 KM.
Each participant shall be committed to participate only in the category s/he is registered in.
Commitment to having clear numbers on the back and thigh.
Commitment to decent outfit for bicycles during competition along with wearing a helmet.
All Participants must take (PCR) test of COVID-19 (48) hours before the Race.
All competitors shall be fully aware of the rules and regulations of the bikes racing rules and the race route, taking responsibility for the errors they might commit and the damage that may result to either themselves, their bikes, or other participants.
All competitors shall abide by the right side of the road in case they are delayed and caught up with by other competitors. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification.

Open Category/Men: Resident, Citizen clubs' players and national teams' players who participate in official races within and outside the State shall be allowed to participate in this category.
Open Category/Women: Female Resident, Citizen clubs' players and national teams' players who participate in official races within and outside the State shall be allowed to participate in this category.
Amateurs/ UAE National Men: Male UAE National amateur players who do not belong to clubs and do not own official biker card issued by UAE Cycling Federation that state the competitor’s registered in one of the State clubs shall be allowed to participate.
Amateurs/ UAE National Women: Female UAE National amateur players who do not belong to clubs and do not own official biker card issued by UAE Cycling Federation that state the competitor’s registered in one of the State clubs shall be allowed to participate.
People of Determination Category: The citizens and residents of People of determination shall be allowed to participate using the following bicycles:
- A. Road BicyclesOne (Normal Bikes that can be used by People of Determination).
- B. Hand Bicycles (Bikes that are used only by hand).

The Cycling Contest shall be held as following below:
- Open Category/Men Category on Thursday 22/4/2021.
- Open Category/Women, Amateurs/ UAE National Women and People of determination Categories on Friday 23/4/2021.
- Amateurs/ UAE National Men Category on Saturday 24/4/2021.
The race begins promptly at 10:00 p.m. It will start and finish from front of Falcon Heritage and Sports center.
The race shall begin in the form of groups with an interval of two minutes at maximum.
Participants shall be in the start point by 9:15 p.m. as all the roads leading to the starting point shall be closed after this time.

The winning competitors shall be the one who crosses the finish line first and no violation is registered against him/her.
The first three players shall be awarded (gold, silver, and bronze) medals in all categories.
Cash prizes (in AED) shall be awarded to the winners.

Registration opens on 23/03/2021 to 10/04/2021.
All Participants must bring their original Emirates ID (for Expats the residence VISA must have been issued before 1/1/2021) and submit it to the organizing committee.

All Participants must take Covid - 19 (PCR) test which arranged by organizing committee as following:

All Participants must follow up the instruction of the authorities if his Covid - 19 test result is positive and do not attend the race.
The chest and chip numbers shall be delivered in Al Wasel Club after taken the Covid – 19 tests, noting that they shall not be delivered on the race day.
Participants shall not be allowed to change the category of the race after the deadline.
All participants shall sign a statement of health and physical fitness and shall agree to the conditions of participation and respect to the regulations of the Competition.

Complaints shall be submitted in written to the Chairman of the Referees Committee no later than 15 minutes after the end of the race and according to the prescribed form.
Complaints shall not be accepted unless they are presented with an amount of AED (300) which shall be refunded in case of acceptance of the Complaint and shall be submitted to the Organizing Committee in case of rejection.
The Technical Committee alone shall be entitled to interpret and explain the regulations and laws and take the appropriate decisions, and in all cases, these decisions shall be final.
