1. The Adult 10 KM, 5 KM, Senior 5 KM, and the youth 4 KM Running Races shall be held on Saturday 16/03/2024.
2. All the citizens and residents from inside the State and citizens of GCC countries shall be allowed to participate in the categories specified below.
3. The participant shall be medically fit on his/her own responsibility, registering on the race will be considered as personal declaration to that effect.
4. Participation in the running championship is considered an individual participation and it is prohibited to publicize the names of institutions or any other parties at the awarding ceremony.
5. Participants aged 17 years old and below should submit parental approvement.
6. Reference shall be made to regulations of the UAE Athletics Federation in organizing this competition in exception with what is included herein.

1. Each participant must commit to participate within the category in which he is registered, as follows:

50 years old and above (Born in 1974 and below)

2. Commitment to having clear chest numbers.
3. Commitment to wearing appropriate running shoes during the competition.
4. Players who are registered and previously participated with Sport clubs, National teams, private teams and clubs, police, armed forces, and civil defense teams are not entitled to participate within the community category in the 5 km race until five years have passed since the last participation.

1. Open Category/UAE National Men: it is allowed to participate in this category for Amateur UAE Nationalities, Players from National Teams, Clubs, Police, Armed Forces and Civil Defense and who participate in above entity Races.
2. Open Category/UAE National Women: it is allowed to participate in this category for Amateur UAE Nationalities, Players from National Teams, Clubs, Police, Armed Forces and Civil Defense and who participate in above entity Races.
3. Open Category/Men. It is allowed for residents from the community and residents players from Armed Forces, Police, Civil Defense, Club Players, Fitness and Athlete Trainers, and GCC nationals who are not residents of the UAE to participate in this category.
4. Open Category/Women. It is allowed for residents from the community and residents players from Armed Forces, Police, Civil Defense, Club Players, Fitness and Athlete Trainers,and GCC nationals who are not residents of the UAE to participate in this category.

1. Community /UAE National Men: it is allowed for Amateur UAE Nationalities to participate in this category, excluding Players and Coaches from National Teams, Clubs, Police, Armed Forces and Civil Defense who participate in above entity’ Races.
2. Community /UAE National Women: it is allowed for Amateur UAE Nationalities to participate in this category, excluding Players and Coaches from National Teams, Clubs, Police, Armed Forces and Civil Defense who participate in above entity’ Races.
3. Open Category/Men: it is allowed for retired UAE Nationalities who are not entitled to participate in paragraph (1) above, besides amateur residents, Police, Armed Forces and Civil Defense resident Players to participate in this category excluding Players from National Teams, Clubs, Fitness and Athlete Trainers.
4. Open Category/Women it is allowed for retired UAE Nationalities who are not entitled to participate in paragraph (2) above, besides amateur residents, Police, Armed Forces and Civil Defense resident Players to participate in this category excluding Players from National Teams, Clubs, Fitness and Athlete Trainers.
5. Senior / Men: it is allowed for UAE Nationality and resident Seniors aged 50 years old and above (Born in 1974 and below) to participate.
6. Senior / Women: it is allowed for UAE Nationality and resident Seniors aged 50 years old and above (Born in 1974 and below) to participate.

1. Open Category/Youth-Boys: it is allowed for UAE Nationality and resident age from 13 and 14 years old (Born in 2010 and 2011).
2. Open Category/Youth-Girls: it is allowed for UAE Nationality and resident age from 13 and 14 years old (Born in 2010 and 2011).
3. Open Category/ Junior -Boys: it is allowed for UAE Nationality and resident age from 11 and 12 years old (Born in 2012 and 2013).
4. Open Category/ Junior - Girls: it is allowed for UAE Nationality and resident age from 11 and 12 years old (Born in 2012 and 2013).

1. The 5 KM Race will start at 10:00 p.m., the 10 KM Race at 10:45 p.m. and the Youngsters Race 4 KM at 10:50 p.m.
2. The Race will be organized in the Meydan Racecourse.
3. The race shall begin in the form of groups with an interval timing.
4. Participants shall be at the start point by 9:15 p.m. as all the roads leading to the starting point shall be closed after this time.

1. The winning racer shall be the one who crosses the finish line first and no violation is registered against him/her.
2. The first three players shall be awarded (gold, silver, and bronze) medals in all categories.
3. Cash prizes (in AED) shall be awarded to the winners.

1. Registration opens from 1/02/2024 to 11/03/2024.
2. All Participants must bring their original Emirates ID (for Expats the residence VISA must valid) and submit it to the organizing committee.

3. The chest and chip numbers shall be delivered in Dubai Bike (DXBIKE) as following table, noting that they shall not be delivered on the race day:

4. Participants shall not be allowed to change the race or the category of the race after the deadline.
5. All participants shall sign a statement of health and physical fitness and shall agree to the conditions of participation and respect to the regulations of the Competition.

1. Complaints shall be submitted in written to the Chairman of the Referees Committee no later than 15 minutes after the end of the race and according to the prescribed form.
2. Complaints shall not be accepted unless they are presented with an amount of AED (300) which shall be refunded in case of acceptance of the Complaint and shall be submitted to the Organizing Committee in case of rejection.
3. The Technical Committee alone shall be entitled to interpret and explain the regulations and laws and take the appropriate decisions, and in all cases, these decisions shall be final.
