Running Race 5 & 10 KM

By registering for and participating in any NAS Sports Tournament or related activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Personal Responsibility
   I voluntarily participate in NAS Sports Tournaments at my own risk. I fully understand that participation in sporting activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or, in rare cases, death.
2. Medical Fitness
   I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate and that I have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I accept full responsibility for my health and agree to seek medical advice if necessary.
3. Release of Liability
   I hereby release and discharge the NAS Organizing Committee, its partners, sponsors, officials, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including the use of facilities or equipment.
4. Safety and Personal Property
   I accept full responsibility for my personal safety and personal belongings. The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
5. Photography and Media Consent
   I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. I grant the Organizing Committee the right to use my image, likeness, voice, photographs, and video recordings for promotional, marketing, media, and documentation purposes across all platforms, without compensation or prior approval.
6. Compliance with Rules
   I agree to comply with all event rules, safety instructions, and directions issued by the Organizing Committee and event officials. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
7. Minors
   For participants under the age of 18, I confirm that participation has been approved by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full legal responsibility on behalf of the minor.
8. Governing Law
   This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
