Rope Climbing

Once you're ready to climb, choose a technique that suits your strength and comfort level.

Popular techniques include the J-hook (also known as the S-hook) or the Spanish wrap.

Remember to use your legs to assist in the ascent.

You can pinch the rope between your feet or use a foot locking technique to push yourself up.

Throughout the climb, maintain a strong grip on the rope with both hands. Adjust your grip as needed to ensure a safe and successful climb.
